1. The Laneroll Service

Laneroll is a ten-pin bowling scorekeeper and statistics app. It can record rolls and final scores, calculate scorecards, organize sessions, bowlers, venues, and equipment, display statistics, and create user-initiated shares or exports.

Laneroll is a personal recordkeeping tool. It is not an official league, tournament, rules, certification, or scoring authority. You are responsible for checking any score used in official play.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Laneroll for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the marketplace from which you obtained the app.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Laneroll, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

3. Local Data and Your Responsibilities

Laneroll does not require an account. Your games, profiles, photos, notes, equipment, venues, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device rather than in a Laneroll cloud account.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and creating exports or backups when needed. Deleting the app, clearing its data, losing your device, or replacing a device without transferring a backup may permanently remove your records. We cannot recover local data that has been deleted or lost.

4. Laneroll Premium and Payments

Laneroll may offer Premium access as a weekly subscription for $1.99 per week or as a one-time lifetime purchase for $12.99. No free trial is included with either option. Prices may be displayed in local currency and may vary by region, taxes, or future pricing changes. The price shown before confirmation controls your purchase.

The weekly subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it through the account settings of the marketplace used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current period.

Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for the supported lifetime of the app and your eligible marketplace account. Purchase restoration and refund eligibility are subject to the marketplace's applicable rules.

5. Your Content

You retain responsibility for the names, photos, notes, scores, and other content you add to Laneroll. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

When you share or export content, you choose the recipient and destination. You are responsible for reviewing an export before sharing it and for how it is used after it leaves the app.

6. Intellectual Property

Laneroll, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Laneroll or its intellectual property to you.

7. Availability and Changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that Laneroll will always be available, compatible with every device, or free from errors. Features may differ by platform, version, or purchase status.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laneroll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every calculation, statistic, export, or score will be complete or error-free. You should verify important results, especially for official or competitive play.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laneroll and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost records, lost profits, scoring disputes, missed events, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

10. Termination

You may stop using Laneroll at any time. We may suspend access to app services if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
